We are so excited to announce our very own, Nautical Wheelers exclusive, private label, South African Wines! Just in time for summer, our Nautical White and Nautical Rose have arrived at both locations. To celebrate, we will have complementary tastings of both from 11AM to 5PM this Wednesday, June 28th, 2023! These wines are a milestone in our family-owned business, and a reminder of the great partnerships, community, and support we have gained over the years. On the label you'll find the Oriental dragon and New Bern bear worn proudly by a lovely, tattooed mermaid. Thank you to everyone who ventured into Spring with us this weekend at our monthly wine tasting event! This month, we welcomed Heather Parnham of Johnson Brothers / Mutual Distributing. Friday night, our New Bern store had a lovely turn out and on Saturday in Oriental, on a beautiful albeit breezy day, every seat in the house was taken! Heather a native Carolinian who was a "California girl" for almost a decade, started the tastings with a terrific champagne out of Sonoma County, California; Banshee, "Ten of Cups" Brut. A real crowd pleaser, the bubbles had everyone smiling!
