Music begins around 1p, but only for those with a means of aquatic transportation (make a friend with a boat if you must)! The bands will be performing on private property, so there will be NO means of attending on land (attend by boat, raft, anything that floats). Oriental is the sailing capitol of North Carolina, and this weekend (May 31st-June 2nd) marks just one of the awesome events that secures Oriental's title; the Dragon's Breath Regatta hosted by the Oriental Dinghy Club. It'll be two days of racing, with a dinner on Saturday night, and trophies on Sunday afternoon. This event welcomes all PHRF boats over 20 feet with spinnaker, JAM, and cruising fleets.
