One of the top award-winning festivals in the state of North Carolina, MumFest draws a large crowd of vendors, performers, and attendees from all over the state. Music begins around 1p, but only for those with a means of aquatic transportation (make a friend with a boat if you must)! Oriental is the sailing capitol of North Carolina, and this weekend (May 31st-June 2nd) marks just one of the awesome events that secures Oriental's title; the Dragon's Breath Regatta hosted by the Oriental Dinghy Club. It'll be two days of racing, with a dinner on Saturday night, and trophies on Sunday afternoon. This event welcomes all PHRF boats over 20 feet with spinnaker, JAM, and cruising fleets.
