The tasting includes a sparkler from Lost Boys, winemaker Trevor DeRuisé. This 100% Pinot Noir rose is made in the classic Champaign method, called MCC (Methode Cap Classique) in South Africa and comes from Cape Agulas, the southern most point on the continent.
