Meet Backyard Candles! A small batch candle company out of San Diego, California. 

What does 'small batch' mean? Well, for one, you would be supporting a small business owner. Meet Justin Healy, the founder of Backyard Candles. Justin started this handmade candle company while still in college. After the idea sparked and he spent 9 months testing fragrances, his business officially launched in November of 2017.

While you are supporting small, your impact is big! These candles are made out of real upcycled coconut shells! This makes each candle unique and helps give back to our environment. Did you know that coconut shells are considered a waste product? By supporting Backyard Candles, you are supporting your actual backyard. Not only that, but 5% of profits are donated to non-profit organizations that help keep our planet clean. They also float! (how cool is that?)
