We are pleased to announce that there is a 2024 Trip to South Africa planned for September 8th - 19th.

The trip is designed to begin in Franschhoek exploring the winelands of South Africa, visit Cape Town and end with a Safari at Live Life Safari's. Read more about what they offer here. 

The wine events may change a bit if there is a conflict with a winemaker but every wine event in the last 2 years has been excellent. Andy Woolgar will be hosting all of the winelands events sharing his knowledge and sharing the wine farms that he represents. Most of the wine farms do not have public tasting rooms so it is quite a treat to visit and taste with the winemakers. 

The Live Life Safari team will be the guides/hosts for the events in Cape Town and will get everyone to the Safari at the end of the trip

The trip includes lodging and most meals and wine tasting fees.  Airfare to and from South Africa is not included.  We recommend flying into Cape Town on September 8th and flying out of Johannesburg on September 19th. Generally, the flights are around 19 hours so you would leave on September 7th.
